how do i open my inbox? when i cant receive lives

@makria420 Hi and welcome, What device are you playing on as would help to give you some tips to try, but currently think there is an issue for some in being able to send and receive lives. i have no issues on one device but another for over 2 months i have had issues with opening the mail box

There is currently an issue with sending and receiving lives from Facebook , At present this is being investigated and we will update when we have any news on a fix for this
