4312 and 4313 same exact level?

Just played both levels and they are both the same. I don’t know if this is a glitch or not.

This is unusual for two to look exactly the same, but with different blockers and moves. On level 4312 it had fewer multi lock layers, low moves, and no chocolate. The next level there were candy fences throughout the center column, but with more moves, more multi lock layers, two chocolate bars, and I think it's testing on either of two levels. I will ask @Johnny_Crush and @Timhung respectively, @undercon2.
