Ican you get my boosters that are due me that I didn't get here recently that I was supposed to have won, that I did not receive this is not the first time this has happened in this game to me I haven't gotten a lot of times my boosters that I won I would like for it to be made up to me by you all please read and get back to me and if you could give me some gold bars to I've missed out on a few and them that I supposed to have gotten thank you
@SueNeal Hi and welcome. please check you game is up to date and log out and restart your device, then log back in and see if this solves your issue. Also if playing via an internet browser also clear your browser cache

Please email Player Support directly from the game.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email
