Game won’t load on IPad Pro, but loads on IPhone

@Linda-51 Hi and welcome, Check your ipad and game are up to date, clear the cache from safari (important even though app). check you have 2gb of free storage space, restart your device and log back in and see if it solves your issue.
If not there is an issue with some ipads / iphones not loading and the only fix at present is to uninstall, but you would LOSE any stored BOOSTERS or LIVES on this device

Hi! Thank you for answering me. I have cleared the cache and have plenty of storage space, but it still stops on the loading page. Thank you for your suggestion, though. I really hate the thought of losing all my lives and boosters, but I may have to do just that. Rats!
