Windows 10
The first thing we need to do is make sure that your device is running as smoothly as possible. Please use these some trouble-shooting steps for Windows 10 to help to resolve any underlying technical issues which may be impacting your game.
Please also check you have the most recent game version installed in your Windows Store. You can do this by following the steps below:
- Open your Windows Store.
- Click on the 3 dots in the top right-hand corner.
- Choose 'Downloads and Updates'
- Click on 'Get Updates'. If any updates are available here they’ll begin to install automatically. If the game doesn’t show up then there are no updates required.
As a last resort, please reinstall the game app on your device.
Please note that any unsaved game progress, saved messages or boosters will be lost by uninstalling the app. This will also reset your progress in any features or challenges you're playing.
You can uninstall the app by searching for the game name in your ‘Search’ bar on your PC. When you see it appear, right-click on the name. From here, please choose ‘Uninstall’ from the list of options.
To reinstall, simply search for this again in your Windows Store.

Try the standard troubleshooting tips. check your device and game are up to date and clear the cache from your app store or browser. log out and restart your device and then log back in and see if this solves your issue
