I send requests for lives but no one recieves the request

I have noticed that starting from 2 weeks ago I don't get any lives so I asked my daughter to send me lives through her phone and out of her curiosity she tried to search for me to request life but she didn't find my account. So I request you to investigate the lives I don't receive and why my account doesn't appear to others.

Do you have the new candy connections feature as friends have gone missing for a few people and due to an issue with Facebook the feature is not working correctly at present. This is being investigated and hopefully when fixed you should be able to get your friends back in the game.

Many game messages are being sent every day across the games all around the world. Some of these may get stuck in the system and arrive with a delay, doesn’t reach certain devices or platforms, or simply, do not arrive at all. It’s always worth resending the request or life and hopefully the lives will get through eventually and reach your game. If you have the game Facebook connected, don't forget to make sure that the game has access to your Facebook friends list since this permission will automatically expire from time to time. If the game hasn't the access all lives will stay blocked. Check HERE for more help on this. Make also sure that the game is updated to the latest version if you play on a mobile device.
