Level 1
Hello,
I got a new iPad and thought it would be fun to play candy crush on it. I downloaded the app & put the same login information that I use for the game on my iPhone & the game is not syncing. I am currently on level 1289 on my phone and when I log in and open the game on my iPad it shows me at level 11. I have deleted and re downloaded the apps on both devices, restarted both devices and logged in again & still showing me the same thing. I do not have Facebook, so I don’t use any log in or game save that way. Just the king account log in.

Make sure to tell them what level you are on and your Game ID.Here's how to find your Game ID.
@cptmorganx92 Hi and welcome, Please do not contact customer support as in first post as this is not a case you have lost your levels and if you got your levels restored it would inevitably be a separate account and you would still have syncing issues. If you have your levels on one device then then this will just be a syncing to the server issue.
Firstly on your original device log out and then restart the app and log back in to make sure your game has saved. then go back to you new device and check the device and game are up to date and then restart the device and log in with account details of the first device and see if this then forces your game to sync correctly.
The easiest way to check your game accounts are correct on both devices is to check the game IDs on both games and they should be the same
