Can’t connect with facebook
the Game has logged me out of Facebook and now I get this message when I try to log back in:
Can’t connect with facebook
yoyr settings don’t allow you to connect to Facebook. Use an email and password instead.
I am playing on iPhone. Facebook settings do allow candy crush to connect and I can’t find any settings in candy crush to allow this. I have Benn connected for years, now can’t see any friends or request any lives.

@loopyli Hi and welcome, Please check you device and game are up to date, clear the cache from your app store. log out and restart your device, then log back in and see if this resolves your issue.
If not there is currewntly an issue with facebook that is being investigated, but at present we have no time frame on a fix.
You can try syncing your game with a king account and then use the king account till the facebook issue is resolved

Hello and welcome, there is currently an issue with Facebook and has caused some player's games to go to level 1. The studio is investigating this at the moment. If your game was saved with a king or facebook account your levels should be safe.
