Unfortunately this level has been reduced to 13 moves.

From the start of the level, look for striped or wrapped candies to grow the licorice shell in the middle. This will do two things: First, it will give you a color bomb which you can use to clear one or more of the corner jellies. Second, it will give you more space to make more color bombs to clear the rest of the corners. There are not many moves so make every one count. Well placed stripes will also clear the jelly in the corners, but the hardest part is getting the licorice shell out of the way.

The video below should give you some hints and tips on completing this level. Although not marked as a hard level it requires a lucky board.
