Gold Bars disappearance
Earlier I bought the Sweet Bundle £19.99, giving me 100 gold bars, then I got the additional free 5 gold bars. I spent 10 gold bars on the 5 extra tries, leaving me with 90 gold bars but when I checked, I only had 88 when I spent anything else, please can you explain?

Please log out from the game, restart your device, and log back in. Do ensure that you are signed in with the correct account and not different account.
Also, please check on the following:
- You are not sharing device with another person. If yes, please ensure that the person is properly logged out from the game and/or Facebook app before you signed in.
- You didn't accidentally click on any button that triggers the purchase of boosters with your gold bar. To check, please click on the bag icon and see whether there is any added boosters, which is indicated with blinking sign.
However, if you have recently purchased any of these gold bars, please contact King's Support team or email to them through in-game about your issue.
You will need your Game ID for this.

@Cherry14 Hi and welcome, Unfortunately the community can not deal with purchase issues. please check you game is up to date and log out and restart your device, then log back in and see if this solves your issue.
If not Please email Player Support directly from the game.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email
or alternatively you can use the contact us below but you need you game ID for this
