@bbcrazy2002 Hi and welcome, You can try checking your game is up to date and log out and restart your device and then log back in to see if this solves your issue
If not try while in the game disconnecting your wifi for 30 seconds and then reconnect to see if this helps.
There is a long standing connection issue in the game and unfortunately we have no time frame on a fix for this, Uninstalling may resolve your issue as a last resort but you would LOSE any stored BOOSTERS and LIVES
