How come my level 1452 is different than the help videos?

My level 1452 is different than the help files I found online. Why is it different and any idea where I'd find a walk through? It didn't let me post a link so I screen shot it. They are both level 1452, but they are very different.

It switched level with 1454... so you’re probably going to face the level in tutorials there...

If its not broken why tweak it unless its a faulty level. Most of these levels have a significant reduction in the number of moves. With less moves most of these levels should have a rating of at least hard which they do not. Add in the fact that you can no longer spin for extra moves, or build a bot your opportunity to pass most levels is now much more difficult no matter how much you tweak it. It is certainly not being tweaked to the benefit of the player playing the same level as someone who passed it months ago with thousands of banked boosters and the possibility of extra moves. Change is good when it benefits the player, too much change just leads to frustration. I personally never rely on the videos the comments provide a more accurate picture of what players are up against.
