Lost progress on new iPhone
Hi! I recently got a new iPhone and unfortunately the transfer of apps between the two phones was interrupted so I had to re-download Candy Crush Saga on the new phone. I created an account through both apple and my email address on my old iPhone to save my progress. When I opened Candy Crush on my new iPhone, I clicked “retrieve my progress” and signed in with my email address. My name appears but it starts me back at level 1 (I was at level 4510)! I have tried logging out and logging in again. I have even deleted and reinstalled the app on the new phone. No luck. Can anyone help me retrieve my progress?
