Hello I've been failing to gain access to my gold bars whenever I try to click on them the wheel just keeps trying to connect but to no avail I have also cleared my cache and followed all self help steps updating my Aurora playstore and what have yous but still no luck. Please fix my problem, my game ID I have attached my Game ID fyi

Slow internet, Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.
Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

Hello and welcome, please check you device and game are up to date and you have a minimum of 2gb of storage space, clear the cache from your app store.
Also try while in the game disconnecting your Wifi for 30 seconds and then reconnecting to see if that helps. You can also try changing from Wifi to Data to see if that helps.
Hello and thank you for the assistance however I have tried all the above but to no avail. Is it possible for the tech team to perhaps assist me manually

This is a long standing issue with the connection error. You can try customer support to see if they can help with your issue, but guessing you may have to try reinstalling and see if this solves your issue as guess you are using a Huawei device. Please note try customer support first but if you did reinstall you would LOSE any stored BOOSTERS or LIVES
