Gone fishin 🎣 regard to level 5463

This question is in regard to level 5463
Correct me if I'm wrong, but from what I can tell, if you ever manage to get your cherry lodged in this position
(as I seem uniquely apt at doing) is there no way in heaven, Earth or the great Candy Kingdom to remove it?
The Candy cane fence means that it won't drop through the bottom (as is sometimes the case) and between the fence on the right, the vacant space below and the fish bouey close overhead, it isn't possible to sidestep by matching the candy you switch it with (the blue one in the case of what's pictured)...
I suppose I could have used the free switch booster (which I'm always loathe to part with) but in this situation, it would seem like my only recourse.
Anybody know something I'm missing?

@MajorMinimalBrowning Hi and welcome, Have seen a few people with this issue and unfortunately yes the cherry when falls here is impossible to complete and all you can do is force restart the game and try again.
Video below will give you some tips on completing the level, it hard to stop the glitch happening. but you will eventually pass without the issue

I appreciate the responses. As it happened, I was able to handily dispatch of the level in relatively short order after posting the question. I had assumed it was a glitch, but I figured it might provide pertinent enough framework for posing the question (and by consequence provide me an opportunity by way of introduction).
