Yes there are levels that give you glitches like this and unfortunately as these do not happen every time they are very hard to fix. All we can do in the community is pass your feedback on to the CM.

Okay, do pass that along then, please. I realize that I very likely invest an undue amount of importance on this little game; it's just seeming to happen for me with increasing frequency and it gets particularly frustrating when I have a 218 episode streak I'm attempting to defend/maintain, do you know what I mean?

I'm thinking though that I'm still notunderstanding what level 6041 is requiring of me which was the impetus behind the post (the snarky allusion to the glitches was just an organically occurring sidebar); I'm noticing here on replaying it yet again that the 🍒 always start in that final position, so I am (as the title of this post prophesied) confused.

I'm very likely also confused with regard to the proper forum FOR this post...(?) 🤷‍♀️

I guess I need to frame my query differently:

Level 6041

Objective

Collect all orders and ingredients

Query

Must all of the chocolate blockers in the entire row below be destroyed in order for the 🍒 to drop? (because just destroying the chocolate blocker directly underneath said 🍒 does NOT accomplish this objective)

I've managed to clear two (never 3) of them in previous attempts, but have yet to ascertain quite how I had managed this little feat.
