Same issue here, have checked online and they have moving liquorice and no frog to catch.. have completed the level several times but it’s impossible to move frog and win ...

how do you catch the frogs in game 2165 even tried lollipop had change the frog colors but nothing happens to the frog and the only piece I have not obtain

ive given up and deleted the game ..

gutted but got absolutely no help what so ever from the mods at all..

I am sorry that no one has attended and helped you until now. I hope it is not too late. The frog feeds by collecting candies of the same color. When it is full it will blink and you can move it wherever you want by clicking on it and clicking on the place you want to put it. It will change color and you have to feed it again.
