Similar here using computer. Facebook browser stuck up 2 hours here, not loading. Tried different browser no change. Google Chrome then Edge. What is the problem here @Crazy Cat Lad ?

Tried all the steps requested, I have also clicked the pop up to confirm my email 5 times and still no reply. I give up.

Firstly check the post below regarding allowing tracking in the game as may be the issue
If not and you are playing via a PC you could download the windows 10 version of the game as this is a far more stable platform to play on. You can download it from the microsoft store. You could at least play the game then until the Facebook issue is resolved.

You need to contact our player support for such issues.
Email them from HERE and remember to choose 'Game didn't save' as the topic and use the same email address that you use to login on the site.
