game gets stuck and does not load

The game now gets stuck in the loading screen, until yesterday, it was fine, and it should be in the play screen. It is a glitch, or something else? I'm currently on level 721. Even trying to restart everything, opening and closing, nothing works! How I can fix this??

I'm almost afraid of doing this since my progress and boosters will completely reset to zero
(ignore the 720, this photo was taken yesterday while I was on 720, and the booster of lucky candy is actually "7" not "6", 516 gold bars)

Boosters will be safe since you are using the Windows app🤗

No problem, even if you reset or uninstall the app, the boosters will come back after you log in again.😊However, in case of an accident, you need to contact our player support.

With that error this is all you could do as at present there is no fix for that issue. Hope you do eventually reinstall and continue to play the game
