Level 9358

Has anyone been able to pass level 9358 with 25 moves? The level has changed. Before there were 38 moves and sugar coats are now added which make this impossible to pass with just 25 moves. Take a look at how it has changed. Some help will be appreciated.

Level 9358 is undoable with the current landscape. Even the lucky board doesn't help. Additional moves are needed to break the bottom curl.
