I have played candy crush for years. I started having issues with it freezing. I deleted the game and now I can’t get it back. Download is very slow if at all. I did get it downloaded a couple of times but As soon as I would accept the terms it freezes. Everytime
help me with this please It does the same thing on my iPad Air 2 or my iPhone 6s the same exact thing on both devices
ive reached out before and did not received an answer this has been going on for over a week now
i am able to download other apps so I believe it to be something wrong with the candy crush app
please let me know

If you have done an uninstall and not solved your issue this is something that you will need to contact customer support regarding as there is no further advice we can give you. This is the last resort for fixing any issue
