I’ve tried logging out and logging back in numerous times, I’ve tried restarting my phone numerous times, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app... nothing helps. I sent King a message four days ago and still have not received any contact or help from them. Help!!!!

Normally you should get an automated response from support and here from them within 3-5 days on average. if you have not heard anything
Please put your game ID on here and the level you were on and will tag the CM to see if he can help get your levels manually restored

You don't have to wait too long and we can arrange for you to return your lost game progress. I'm expecting some information from you and I can find the cause of your problem as soon as I get the info.
Have you previously saved the game via a Facebook or Kingdom account?
Did you receive an error message while logging in to the game? (if you saved the game)
Please show me a screenshot of your current game map.

Thanks for the screenshot and your game progress has been corrupted according to your screenshot. But don't worry, we have the possibility to restore your old progress.
However, if we do that, all your progress will be erased and you will automatically have 2 stars on every level.
This will mean that none of your items or high scores will transfer, but you are able to continue from where you left off.
If you are interested in doing this, please let me know your Game Id and we will move you to the correct level. Please also confirm on which level you want your account restored.
