This is not an idea, but a support problem. I would suggest you close the app, check for the update, clear the cache and restart. Otherwise, play an old level and the game will update itself. Good luck

Unfortunately if you are at the end of the map then all you can do is wait till Wednesday when more levels are released

Windows 10 app does have 90 more levels, but you may not get the star tournament on this
