App Store has been spinning now for about 2 months. Cant buy any specials

Hello,


For quit some time now, I've been experiencing difficulties with the ability to buy extra moves or chocolate balls. Is there a way I can fix.. I've already signed out and in several times. Just continues a spinning ball.

    Slow internet, Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.

    Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

    If the problem remains the same, you need to follow the steps below.

    @Chaunb Hi and welcome,

    In my experience this is the long standing connection issue and you will probably find that the only way to resolve this is to uninstall and reinstall the game, but if you do this on a mobile device you will LOSE any stored BOOSTERS and LIVES
