Cannot play on Desktop with correct level

I have done everything suggested to try and get my account synced so I can play on my desktop and not my phone app. When I am on my phone app signed in with my email address I am on level 2988 when I try and play on my desktop logged in with the same email address and password it shows me at 11. Any idea WHY or how to fix?

Apparently not because I don't see a game ID on my desktop I only see this

@babsblake Do you sign into your phone with a King account, have you tried signing in and out of your phone to make sure details are correct

@Freddy_ today I signed out and back In with my phone and from My phone when I log back in I used the sign in with email when given the choices of Apple FB etc.

After signing out and back In I went to desktop and it Still showed level 11 & somehow I can also make the desktop version show me as level 1 but I only use one email address for Candy Crush.

I do know I have a username login but I believe that is only for the community and not The game itself. (This last statement might have confused you but wanted to mention)

whenever I am trying to access the game itself I am always using email. I have cleared cache, cookies, browser history etc and still The same. I have also tried changing browsers and logg In. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️
