Does anyone know if king.com is having issues with loading the game. Are they doing upgrades? Just wondering because it won't load.

If you have a Windows 10 PC, you can also download the game directly to your computer. The Windows app may work better than on King.com and you can sync your progress just by connecting the app to your King account. To download the game from Microsoft Store, click HERE.

Which device are you play ? Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.
I tried that. No luck! Still the same. Says "they're working on it". Thanks for responding!
I play on my PC.
Sorry, I should have mentioned that the rest of the games load, but not Candy Crush Saga.

Thank you Crazy Cat Lad for helping! It worked! It still won't load if I try on King.com. But....Microsoft works fine! Thanks again for all your help!
