Check your device and game are up to date, log out and restart your device and then log back in and see if this resolves your issue
If not let us know what device you are using and version of the game and if you are getting any error messages or what the issue is

My Kindle is Fire HD 10 and I have done all the usual tests...logging off , clearing cache, uninstalling candy crush and installing again but when it comes on again the blue button ‘retrieve my progress ‘ comes up and when I press it another screen comes up asking me toconnect either by email or Facebook. When I press Facebook nothing happens. Grrrr
@m1r9y4 Hi Again , all i can suggest is check your Facebook web and app settings and make sure everything is enabled and if this does not work try syncing you Facebook account with a king account and see if using the king account lets you into the game
Or alternatively contact customer support to see if they can help with your issue
