No Worries , It sometime to me , jusy Make sure update your Apps .
The Chocolate Box is in the Test Group so we cannot say for sure that you will always find this feature.
The Fun Event menu returns when the game is regular. Probably no event is currently active for you so the menu is not available.
Keep playing the game, your fun event menu will return.

Mines still working ok but i have the old chocolate box still and not the new version. would try the standard troubleshooting tips to see if this helps
Check you device and game are up to date, log out and clear the cache from your app store or browser. restart your device and log back in and see if this resolves your issue

My dear, there is no problem. It has been explained many times that the temporary functions and events of the King games are test features that the Studio randomly throws to groups of players. That is why they are not always available and not for all players. Sometimes it's up to some and other times it's up to others. There are no glitches.
