Level issue

Hi!

yesterday, 13/6, suddenly when I was about to play I was at level 11. The day before I was at level 1500 Ish. I think 1563 but I don’t remember exactly.

can you tell me what happens? And how to fix it? I really don’t want start all over again.😥

Check your device and game are up to date log out and clear the cache from your app store or browser and restart your device and then log back in and see if this resolves your issue
