“No Internet Connection”

I am not able to receive rewards, buy rewards, sign into my facebook through candy crush, or anything else without it saying that my game isn’t connected to the internet. I’ve tried everything except deleting the app but nothing is working. Has this happened to anyone else ?

    @aleylawooten Hi Again,

    Try disconnecting you wifi for 30 seconds and then reconnect, also check your device and game are up to date and log out and restart your device and then try logging back in to see if this solves your issue

    The bottom picture with no internet connection try again in a bit has no fix at present, so if above does not help, ypu will need to uninstall and reinstall the app but as this is a mobile device you will LOSE any stored BOOSTERs and LIVES
