Why am I not getting gold bars?

Hi there, you don't usually get bars for completing levels but do win them if you win the episode race so if your not receiving them I would make sure your up to date with latest updates, close app reopen and check again. If no luck try contacting king support

Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.
After login again whatever bonus feature you will get that is currently available in your game. Other than that, features (Episode Race) might be temporarily unavailable as features come and go. They are not the permanent part of the game and can be replaced or unavailable at any time. Always keep your game up to date and hopefully it might return to you.

From the first day of game,it didn't show any gold bar race & win streak.I am now nearly 3000 level but still have same problem.What is that problem? What should need to do now??
