Sometimes replaying a level can be helpful. So try to replay the level and see if it helps you.

I have no banner too π

Still waiting for my 10,000 banner! I have played Level 10,000 many times as suggested on both windows and android. Replaying the level does not work! Rebooting, clearing cache, and having the latest update, all does not fix the no banner problem! I think this is a developers problem to fix!
