I really don't understand why you aren't using your boosters you seem to have more than enough to spare. If you are stuck on 1161 the best thing you could do is to use all your pre-game boosters the next time you play it.

I am on level 1487 and here is my inventory

According to that image of your inventory, most people have a scarce amount of boosters, right? Still, there are more difficult levels I haven't played yet.

Not so much scarce as the fact that I use them when I have them.

You have done really well to clear 226 levels without using any boosters, so seeing as you are stuck it surely makes sense to use whatever tools you have at your disposal.

Don't make the mistake of saving for a rainy day as they say. There will always be more difficult levels that you haven't played, but you will have won more boosters by then as well.

I did completed some levels from 936-1160 with the timed striped and wrapped booster from the daily win.
