What Is Up With Level 3673?

I cleared this level this afternoon using five boosters and then I signed out to get some things done. I just opened up Candy Crush to discover that I am still on 3673 but the boosters that I used are gone. How can I advance or get my two hammers and three switch hands back? Not happy about this situation. I read somewhere else that others have had this issue.

Sorry to here this has happened to you but regarding the level nothing can be done regarding this and all you can do is replay the level. This is one of those unfortunate things that happens to us all now and again

Regarding your boosters you can contact customer support and they may help you with these but usually on purchased boosters will be replaced and if they are free , if they helped you with these then it would be a good will gesture

I have contacted them. Be interesting to see what they say. When it first came out years ago the same thing happened and it wouldn't ever let me move past a certain level. I don't know what happened but someone advanced me so I could continue.
