Decided to uninstall and reinstall. Lost all my progress. Any other game I've done that with has automatically taken me back to where I was so that was super annoying. I was on about level 1000. On the plus side, I can now ask for lives! But I do not want to start from level 1 again. However I do enjoy playing, it's not that good that I want to start again so I've deleted and will play something else. Customer lost
I never played thru facebook. I did sign in to a king account at the start but I didnt like that it used my profile pic and had my info so I deleted the account and just played like that. I read it can be restored manually if I get in touch but it all seems like too much bother. I'll just play something else. Thanks anyway

According to your statement, I think you had a Kingdom account, but you did not save the entire game progress through that account. If this is the case then yes your game progress is lost and can be restored manually, but you need to link the game via Kingdom or Facebook account.
