I keep on getting video links to get boosters soon as I click on them they say video not available. I also requested lives from a friend they sent me a life soon as I clicked on the life it disappeared and was not added to my lives total .. any ideas ??

@4Shepps The video ads feature is a bonus feature and is not always guaranteed to be in your game. It is given to groups of randomly selected people, so this just means you're not in that group at the moment but you could be again in the future. It can also be missing due to temporary problems.

Doing the standard trouble shooting tips below should also help you get any features that are available to you, you may not get them straight away but play a few levels and your features should slowly return.

To make sure your getting the features available to you check your game is up to date and log out and clear the cache from your app store or browser, restart your device , then log back in.
