Hello Gamers,
I'm receiving a connection error when starting up Candy Crush Saga on my Amazon Kindle Fire HD. See screen shot below.
HD tablet. I'm running version 1.208.0.1
I cleared cached, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, I did hard restart of my Kindle Fire HD. I contacted Amazon and they said to set the device to the factory settings but if I do this, I will lose all data and will need to reload all apps.
I'm running Candy Crush Soda and Candy Crush Jelly OK
I sent email to candycrushjelly.techhelp@king.com and they sent back an email to join this community.

Looks like you have done everything you can possibly have done to try to resolve the issue. Unfortunately at present i do not think there is a fix for the issue and all you can do is be patient and hope a fix is found for the issue on kindle devices
