Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.
After login again whatever bonus feature you will get that is currently available in your game. Other than that, features (Chocolate Box) might be temporarily unavailable as features come and go. They are not the permanent part of the game and can be replaced or unavailable at any time. Always keep your game up to date and hopefully it might return to you.

I have attached the recent post from @Crazy Cat Lad . Which says it's all fixed.
Since it certainly isn't 'all fixed' for me, I would appreciate understanding how I can be in the 'all fixed' team!!

Something had gone wrong so the Chocolate Box went missing for some players.
It's all fixed now so it should be back in your games.
Hi @kiara_wael . Thanks for the suggestions. After playing for so many years, I always do as you suggest when I run into these problems, and yes, sometimes it works. Sadly in this case, no change. I posted above the recent response on this issue from @Crazy Cat Lad . Which indicated it was a glitch that was now fixed. Sadly not in my case.
