Since last month I noticed that AFTER viewing the ad video to obtain a booster or a Life, I get an error message saying video not available.
I remark AFTER since the video is played and when finished I get the error message.
Please review this. I've seen lots of messages from other users here and in the App store all of them with the same issues.
I've also noticed you always answer the same about this is a test functionality but is not about not been able to access videos to get prizes is about showing the video and then not giving the reward.
I hope you can work and help on this. Thanks I'll n advance

Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.

Have android 11 an the adds aren't playing half the time!!!!!!!
@Gary_Fogle In CCS I don't play on a mobile device, so I don't have this option to watch video for extra moves. I saw in Soda that not all the time you have the option to watch video at starting a level for boosters or at the and for extra time. Even when you are close to finish a level they don't give the watching movie for extra time.
I use an android tv box...never had the problem till i bought new updated box..
After months of working ads, the issue appear again last week. Is there an update to solve this issue again?

When I try to watch a video for more moves, the screen goes black. No extra moves rewarded. So frustrating. I play on iPad.
