Hey sorry for the rather late reply. I noticed there are already shifts in the design of new episodes and cutscenes throughout the years though there are some clear delineations suc as the episodes released after Dozy Dawn or shortly before the HTML5 era. The fact that the last episodes with their own names and textures are all exact replicas, all in relative order, does seem quite eerie, and is a reasonable hint that a King has done away with episode stories altogether.

It is a long story though.
