Can’t add my favourite drink or comments please advice

Hello been trying to add my favourite drink and add a comment but can’t it’s not letting me get the key board up can any one help please

What device are you using and what is happening when you try to add to the comment box. Take a guess this is more to do with the device than the community but will try to add a comment via mobile to see if it is a community issue

@Elaine67 Hi Again

I have just seen a PM i am part of that they also have this issue and they are a GM. So guess this is a community issue, it is being investigated by all accounts. they have said they can type in a new discussion so they have to do this at present and then copy and paste it into the reply they are trying to post too.

I know this is a nause but may be your only get round at the moment, i think pics is ok just not the text

Hi @Elaine67 !

Are you using an iOS device? This issue on the website has been reported and is being looked into.

Meanwhile a workaround is to tap the PREV and then NEXT:

In the bottom of the page. Then the keyboard should appear when coming back to the page.
