I got my Treat Machine on the 13th July, so here's hoping you don't have to wait another 62 days before you see a jackpot.

Hi @SoloYo you can't control it all you can do is press the start button, and see what the machine provides for you.

The word control has been used in error I would say, and the word operate should have been used instead.

I've been at the full level for nearly a fortnight now and am yet to be awarded anything other than a single item. Definitely on average a poorer return over a week compared to the old treat calendar.

I lost my maxed status due to the 'connection error try again in a bit'...I still played every day, but lost progress...even lost all the levels I passed during that time 😥
