Hi
Over the past 48 hours I've been having problems with my Candy Crush.
1. No videos are working,when I click on video my app closes.
2. My Chocolate Box is not functioning correctly it does not add the items.
3. The Sweet Cinema has never opened for a long long time.
4. The programme itself is not functioning correctly
What is the problem as the app was working really good.

Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.
After login again whatever bonus feature you will get that is currently available in your game. Other than that, features might be temporarily unavailable as features come and go. They are not the permanent part of the game and can be replaced or unavailable at any time. Always keep your game up to date and hopefully it might return to you.

Yes I've done all the usual troubleshooting skills and there is no change in my problem.
I understand that not all features are permanently set but truthfully the app has not been performing well for nearly 3 to 4 months.
I'm sorry to say if waiting is the solution to get back to normal then Candy Crush are not dealing with the situation good
