Problem with facebook sync after FB password change

Hello all,
yesterday I had to change my password for my facebook account.
Since that, I have trouble syncing my king apps with facebook - cannot connect app with facebook - this happens on my Android tablet as well on my iphone. I also tried to install the app on my windows Laptop and tried to connect - not possible.
The german message says:
Anmeldefehler: Bei deiner Anmeldung zu dieser Anwendung ist ein Fehler aufgetreten. Bitte versuche es später noch einmal.
That means: Error during signing up: An error occured during signing up in this application. Please try again later.
On my mobile devices I uninstalled candy crush an facebook app. Signed in again - did not help.
I also tried the following:
Sign up for a king.com account and on the candy crush saga settings page, I tried to sync with facebook - this worked. But it still says, that I'm on level 1 :( I was nearly at level 6000 :o
What can I do to get back my levels? :) Any hints are welcome :)

I only have this problem with king apps - after fb password change I can log in to best fiends with facebook and see this on fb 'app and websites settings page'.
I already checked cookie settings on fb settings page, as well as apps and websites settings - there should not be any problem. On the 'activities outside facebook' page I can see a candy crush saga login that says: connected.

@tgreco changing the Facebook password while the game is logged in, may corrupt the game app. In that case you get the error message you received when trying to connect to the game server. You will need to sign out of the game and log back in with your new Facebook details. If anything goes wrong with your levels, check the following:

tried this - works now with candy crush friends saga and farm heroes saga, but not with candy crush saga :( Tried this on Android an iOS (both apps show my the latest progress).
When I try to connect candy crush saga I still get the above message. Maybe a wrong setting in my fb account? But I cannot see any blockings or else on the fb side.

According to your screenshot, I can see that the Candy Crush Saga game is not registered with your Facebook, which means that there is no progress of the Candy Crush Saga game on your Facebook.
However did you notice that if you accidentally removed or blocked the game from Facebook?
Also, is the Candy Crush Saga game on the Expired list?

perhaps I clicked something in the settings pages, that was wrong - but cannot remember (fb account was hacked, so I had to remove recent logins and other things). App is not on the blocked list. And I cannot see anything in the settings pages on facebook that may cause this :( I wonder, why the other games work, but not candy crush saga 😥
Do you think, the player support team can recover my progress?
