Alienscar, thanks for your reply. What was happening was when I went to king.com and clicked on "Games" and then on Candy Crush Saga, nothing happened. The "Play Now" button did not even appear. Just now, though, for the heck of it, I went and tried it and it's working. That is so weird! I hadn't even bothered to try today until now. Thank you for caring to help me, though!
Hi @nacord to be honest your problem sounds similar to an issue that was prevalent a while ago. That is why I mentioned turning off any ad blocker you might have. Looks like I remembered incorrectly and it wasn't an ad blocker issue, but a privacy issue. The fact that using incognito helped you also points to an issue with your privacy settings in Chrome.

Thank you. Actually, I had that issue, too. When I couldn't get things to work, I tried logging out. Then I couldn't log back in. The dialog box came up, it allowed me to put in the user name and password, but when I applied it, nothing happened. Everything worked for the "community" so I was able to log in here to ask the questions, but not to play the game! It worked in Explorer and in Chrome in incognito mode, as I had said. Interestingly, I noticed in the post about logging in, someone mentioned Duck Duck Go and I have recently begun using that rather than Google, so maybe that has something to do with it. No clue! But things are working now and if it happens again, I will know to try the suggestions regarding the adblocker and the privacy settings. Thank you again for all your help!
