Help - lost all my progress

Hello,

I have a new iPad and tried to get my iPhone progress in Candy Crush onto the new device.

I followed the instructions about using my appleID and it didn’t work - I got my old level (over 2700) on the phone but the iPad was on level 11

I tried to create a KingID - and login with username and password again on the iPad - but again the iPad did not pick up the level.

I then tried to link my account to facebook. Now both devices are showing level 261!

Where has the last 7 years of my life gone?

Please help!

I now tried logging out on the iPhone and logging in again with all the different options - I have managed to get back my level 2759! On the iPhone by logging in with my King ID

What do I do next? How can I get my level over to the iPad? If I log in fresh on the iPad with the same username and password the level on the iPad is 261

I still can’t get my levels on the iPad - but am a little more reassured by your post that I won’t lose everything if things go wrong.

I have now logged in on the iPad using the King ID with username and password that I used to login successfully on the phone and this time it puts me at lvl 321

Can you show me a screenshot of your current game map so we can see if there are any technical issues with your game progress?
