Yes I am playing via the Win10 app, but on Win11... I don't know if this bug is due to me being in Windows Insider Program but All Stars UK did not come to me, I was an Insider that time too(But on Win10 Only, nothing as Win11 existed back then)...

And I have installed from Microsoft Store only

I don't think the reason is to attract players to the game Jbrider. The chance to be crowned the best player in the US is attraction enough.

Qualifying round was insane @Crazy Cat Lad , but I somehow managed to qualify.
