Store not available to use gold

It has been over 18 months since this glitch was recognized, and yet it is still happening.

So I was wondering if there was any progress on this annoying feature.

Kinda stinks when you win gold, but can't use it

    @mrietman if the store is unavailable to you, the usual advice is to try the troubleshooting: log out of the game - clear the cache (super important!) - power off your device for at least 1 minute - restart your device - check for updates game and device - log back into the game. Also make sure you have a strong and stable internet connection!

    Slow internet, Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.

    Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

    If the problem remains the same, you need to follow the steps below.
