Video don’t play but display black screen

Watch video for boosters. Always 1st and 2nd videos will play properly. However 3rd video will show black screen and I end up losing the life for the new game. Please assist. Thanks

Hello @SH_Lee check to see if you have enough free memory. The game recommended minimum of 2GB

I have more than 40G free memory. App is also updated to latest version. Sometimes 1st or 2nd videos also don’t play and show black screen
