Why can't you use them @Elaine67? Are you unable to contact the store? If so, you can check out some troubleshooting below. Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in. If the problem remains the same, you need to follow the steps below.

You can purchase additional moves and boosters using the gold bars you have in the Candy Crush Saga game. However I'm not sure if you want to know how to use Gold bars, or if you are receiving an error message when purchasing through gold bars.

I have tried repeatedly to buy gold bars. I always get the message that there is an "error." Do I need to update my payment method?
